If we are satisfied you have a valid claim, our experts will advise you on how much compensation you should expect, as we will assess it in line with the CICA Scheme 2012 regulations.

We will then make your formal application to the CICA and ensure your case is processed as quickly and as smoothly as possible, working hard to gather all the evidence needed, and negotiating with the CICA on your behalf to ensure all rules of the scheme are adhered to throughout.
